Our Special Visitor

The House Martins had a lovely surprise visitor last week. I told the children that Sarah was coming to see us. No one apart from Peter guessed that she was a tortoise! 

Peter spoke beautifully about how to care for her, what she ate and along with his mum held a question and answer session. This was a wonderful close to our living things and their habitats science topic which we have all enjoyed.
